Healthy Peanut Butter ( கடலை மாவு ) Cutlet. Simple method.

If you want to make something for your kids to eat in the morning, make a peanut flour ( kadalai maavu கடலை மாவு ) cutlet. This cutlet is very healthy for the body.

Required things :

Peanut flour - one and a half cups,

Potatoes - 3,

Green chillies - 5,

Onions - 3,

Chili - quarter tablespoon,

Mustard - half a teaspoon,

Cumin - half a teaspoon,

Anise - half a teaspoon,

Lentils - half a teaspoon,

Ghee - a teaspoon,

Curry leaves - 1 bunch

Coriander leaves - a handle

Salt - as needed

Oil - as needed


Finely chop the green chillies, onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Boil the potatoes and peel. Put the frying pan in the oven, pour oil in it and season with mustard, lentils, cumin and anise.

Then add the chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves and salt until the potatoes are cooked through.

Then add chilli powder and salt and mash well. Finally add the coriander leaves and stir well.

Pour the peanut flour into a bowl, add a little water, knead it and roll it into small balls.

Rub the flour balls in a circle and fold the triangular shape with the spices in the middle of them.

Once the oil dries in the frying pan, put the cutlets one by one. Delicious Peanut Butter Cutlet Ready.
