Tamil Nadu E-Governance Agency has established a platform for differently abled persons to apply through e-service platform for the schemes implemented by the Disabled Persons Welfare Department. Also, the following five schemes for the District Persons with Disabilities Welfare Officers are to be implemented through the website.
1. Scholarship Application
2. Application for obtaining assistive devices
3. Bank Loan Grant Application
4. Application for Marriage Allowance
5. Monthly Maintenance Allowance Application.
Also, it has been advised to advertise more and more to the differently abled people in the district so that they can apply for these services through their nearest e-service center or through the website https://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in/citizen/Registration.aspx.
Applications should be received through e-service within this month itself so that these services can be availed by persons with disabilities.
Applications can be received through e-service and directly till the end of JULY month. Therefore, as it has been advised that from the first date of August-2023 all the applications for the above schemes should be received through the website, the disabled beneficiaries should apply for welfare benefits through e-service.
