INUSON PRIVATE LIMITED , a start-up emerging in the Information Technology & Services industry in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu having its headquarters located in United States, is looking for a Junior Accountant to oversee the accounting function of our growing Staffing company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting and able to handle India & US accounts
Job Description:
Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as subsidiaries, general ledgers, debts and credits and historical accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in AR, AP, costing functions and month end close process.
Distributing expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules.
Recording cash receipts and making bank deposits.
Auditing contracts, orders, and vouchers, and preparing reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in AR, AP, costing functions and month end close process.

Required Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a BS degree in Accounting and at least 1-2 years of experience in cost and financial reporting. An MBA, CPA or CMA is a plus.
Must have complete knowledge in handling India & US accounts
Must possess good mathematical and analytical skills and have good computer skills with emphasis in electronic spread sheets.
Must have knowledge and proficient use of applicable office-related equipment.
Must be able to communicate and motivate effectively.
Must display the applicable level of “Job-Critical Skills”: communications, judgment/decision making, safety, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, flexibility, leadership, service, motivation, planning/organizing, and job knowledge/skills development.
