In order to pick players for the SS Rajan team (senior team), which would represent TDCA in the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) inter-district tournament in 2023–24, the Tiruchirappalli District Cricket Association (TDCA) will hold a selection trial. On October 26 (Thursday), the selection procedure will take place at the RKV garden field in Kumaramangalam next to the Olaiyur semi-ring road.

According to the organizers, players who are interested in participating should arrive at the venue before 7am wearing their own cricket gear and dark-colored bottoms and t-shirts.
Only players who were born on or after September 1, 1993, and who were not older than August 31, 2010, are permitted to participate in the selection process.
Aadhar cards and age verification documents are required for registration from the participants.
