Under the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme, the Competitive Examination Division is going to provide integrated coaching for Railway, SSC and Bank Examinations. The Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that eligible candidates can apply for this.
The Government of Tamil Nadu has informed about this that the competitive examination section under the Naan Mudhalvan scheme for skill development launched by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu was inaugurated on 07.03.2023 by the Minister of Youth Welfare and Sports Development, Special Project Implementation Department, Poverty Alleviation Program and Rural Credits Udhayanidhi at Anna Centenary Library, Chennai.
Naan Mudhalvan Competitive Examination Division was started with the primary objective of providing excellent skill training to the youth of Tamil Nadu to easily access Central Government Competitions. Through this, it is planned to provide training in the best possible way for various competitive examinations like Central Government Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Staff Examination (RRB), Banking Examination (Banking) and Indian Civil Service Examination (UPSC). Guidance and training courses are provided free of cost to the students.
In the first phase of this scheme, integrated training for Railway, SSC and Bank examinations will be provided in every district. Through this direct classroom training will be provided by the best experts in all the districts of the state at the rate of 150 students per district. Expenditure on training and printed books for the students will be borne by the government under the Naan Mudhalvan scheme.
The training will consist of 300 hours of individual guidance and more than 100 mock tests for 100 days. The experts for this program will be appointed through the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation. The last date to apply for this training to be held district wise is 20.05.2023. The list of selected candidates to attend this free training course will be published on 23.05.2023. This training course will be started from 25.5.2023 in Thanthai Periyar Government Arts and Science College.
