The first ever Lunar New Year reception hosted by the US White House in Washington DC was a memorable occasion for #Trichy born Asian American tech entrepreneur Sidd Ahmed , who was one of the 100 invitees to the formal event held on January 26.
Sidd Ahmed was invited as a AAPI Community leader and as a Minority Business Enterprise owner. It has been a very difficult time for the AAPI community, and this was a symbolic event highlighting our strength, resiliency, and solidarity.
Sincerest gratitude goes out to National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCHQ) and President Ying McGuire for their support and intentionality in growing minority-owned businesses in the United States.
