Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter( Domestic IT Recruiter) you will be responsible for fulfilling the hiring goals of the organization by filling open positions with acquiring the right talent. Will ideally run the full life cycle of the recruiting process- sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, and ensuring candidates have a great experience with us.

· Responsible for the End-to-End Recruitment life cycle process

· Sourcing, Screening, and evaluating the candidates based on the job description

· Posting the job requirements in job portals, linked In, and other networking sites

· Scheduling the in-person interviews and coordinating with the respective business unit heads

· should have good experience in handling leadership hiring.

· Sharing the interview feedback with the candidates and maintaining the database

· Will be responsible for the candidate pre onboarding formalities

· Follow up with the candidates at all levels till the candidate is onboarded.

· Prepare Daily & Weekly & Monthly recruitment MIS Reports

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

· 3 - 5 years of domestic IT recruiting experience only preferred

· Demonstrable experience in Domestic IT recruiting

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

· Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

· Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

· Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Working knowledge of applicant tracking and Job Portals

· Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite

· Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
